What this site is for
This is patient education about a breast that sits lower than it did, published by Chongqing West District Hospital, a tertiary general hospital in Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. It is a concern guide rather than a procedure page: it answers why the change has happened, whether anything needs doing, and which of several paths applies. The operations themselves, and the anatomy they work on, are explained on the breast and body hub and on Dr. Mao’s own site, and repeating them here would help nobody.
The distinction the site is built on
A breast loses its shape in one of two ways. The skin that supports it stretches and stops holding it, or the volume inside is lost or shifts downward and the upper part empties. The two need opposite treatments, and often both are present at once. Establishing which is responsible is the whole of the assessment, and choosing a lift for volume or an implant for skin is the mistake this site exists to prevent.
What it deliberately does not do
It does not name products or brands, quote prices or dosages, or promise a result. It does not describe surgical technique, because that belongs to the pages that cover the surgery. It does not present a cream or a device as a lift, and it does not treat a change that is rapid or one-sided, a lump, or a skin change as an aesthetic question at any point.
The limits of a website
Nothing here can tell you whether your own skin or your own volume is responsible, how much of the change is the frame underneath, or what a given operation would achieve on you. Those require an examination in person, and the measurements cannot be taken from a photograph. Use this site to arrive at an assessment with better questions, and treat any answer you receive here as general information rather than as advice about you.
